I would rate Wayne and Veena 10 stars if I could. Their service was amazing very professional, informative and helpful. I was always kept up to date and they went beyond to even organize permits needed to boost the house sale. Previously I had two other agencies attempt to sell my home which would have been at much higher commissions and service was nothing in comparison. We had a great experience dealing with Jaggy. Was always available and extremely helpful as we were purchasing from another city. Weren't a huge fan of the "offers over/deadline sale" and then having a "blind auction" and would prefer to have a straight purchase price listed and negotiate from there but ended up fine in the end.
