Mr Bhupal sold our property in Ravenswood very quickly in this market. The presentation, marketing, video etc was impeccable. He arranged staging, professional photo, video shoot and ran around at odd times to get the job done. All of this at $0 upfront cost to us. They do great marketing for FREE. Flat Fee also gave us transparency from day 1. We got great service, good result, timely communication and an agent who was happy to run around. Top service for half the cost. Very pleased and would highly recommend anyone to use Jaggy and Arizto Real Estate. Paperless sign up, digital reports, digital offer signing etc make things very smooth! Recommend strongly.
