Words cannot say how grateful I am to have had Kate Lamont leading the way through selling my parents estate, which was also my childhood home. As we had trusted her with our own property 1 year ago, I didn't hesitate to call her up and ask her to market my parents' home. (esp. in our circumstances) There would have been 30 people there 10 registered to bid and in the end 3 bidders fought it out.
