I met Kate at an open home she was running and I was impressed. My partner and I had two homes to sell (in a hurry) so we could buy our first home together and when I looked into her company profile, her sales figures and saw her rates I knew she’d be our agent. She’s professional, engaging, hugely motivated and genuinely wanted to do her best for us. My house was under offer after 3 days on the market and went unconditional 10 days later. I had tried to sell with another company and agent 5 months prior and had been listed for 6 weeks with no offers so I was over the moon. Kate’s communication is brilliant, she kept me up to date on everything, the photos and videos looked brilliant and it paid off. If you’ve sold before or if this is your first time selling I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. 5 stars all round.

At first I wasn't sure about fixed agents, as I had never heard of them before. Jaggy reassured me that his service was just the same as a percentage based agent (except percentage based agents take more of your money!). The marketing was all covered by Arizto which was great, I was impressed with the photos and drone footage. The open houses are hosted by Arizto (Jaggy) and we trusted him to keep a key to our house. Our house was nicely presented and always ready for open homes but I am sure that Jaggy would have provided us with help and tips if we needed to get our house ready for showings. The digital signing option offered by Arizto is great, it is up-to-date and much better than the old-fashioned way of signing huge piles of hard-copy documents. We also had weekly emails about our house and the interest it was getting. Jaggy was open, honest and communicative at all times (he responded to emails, Whats App messages, text messages and phone calls). Overall, it was a good experience.

Jaggy sold us a house. It took a bit of time due to our circumstances. Therefore, I had the opportunity to interact with Jaggy over a period of months. He was very welcoming, but gave us space to look around the house every visit we had. When a question was not immediately available to answer, he made a point of following up with the answers quickly. He was knowledgeable about the current market conditions. Importantly, I found he had an unbiased and realistic view of pricing and selling/buying times. Specifically, he was able to argue with facts why he took a certain position, but also was able to take on new facts without getting defensive and ignoring logic. Jaggy was very easy to communicate with and always got back to us quickly when he was not waiting on slow sellers to supply information. I felt that Jaggy was very committed to both sides in terms of wanting the best for both the sellers and us. He followed up with us after the sale had gone through to make sure we had settled in and that we had no problems. Perhaps the strongest endorsement I can give is that he performed this excellent service during a time of hard personal times related to a family illness. Despite conditions in which any fair minded person would have found no reason to complain about a hand-off or period of radio-silence, Jaggy remained in contact with us, continued to help where he could, or arranged help from others where he could not assist. In my opinion, this was conduct above and beyond his duty and says a lot about a person, his care and respect for both buyers and sellers and people in general. I would be happy work to with Jaggy again and to recommend him to any person.
