Steve successfully took over from our original agent and Steve made the process seamless. Steve kept us informed of how the market was performing and about the open homes that we had.

Steve asked us at the outset about what we were looking for in a property. The first property we visited wasn't for us. He said that he had another property, right by the sea that he thought would be the one for us. He was right. After a lot of time and negotiation Steve managed to close the deal for us. Thanks Steve!
