Carl was accurate in the value of the property. We selected Carl as we had sold properties with him before and he knows the South Invercargill market very well. He checked in with me on a suitable time and date for each open home and provided feedback on numbers viewing. He kept me informed on interested parties and worked for the best interests for both the vendor and the purchasers. He kept us informed of builder's inspection and provided a copy of the report to assist us with undertaking required repairs. He was open and honest as to the level of work required and also negotiated with the purchaser that we could leave any unwanted items behind for the new owners which was greatly appreciated. He was very good to deal with in all facets of the sale and we are very pleased with the price he secured for us.

This is the second time I have had Wendy sell a property of mine. My first experience meant there was no reason to look further afield for an agent. Although it took a while for the property to be ready for the market Wendy checked in to see how things were going and was very supportive along the way. She was honest in how the market was going, giving me a realistic idea of the property's value. During the negotiation time Wendy was not pushy and listened to my thoughts as we worked through the process. I would recommend Wendy as an agent when selling your property.
