Quick and Easy Sale
Wesley and Lisa prepared a comprehensive CMA for us allowing us to make a decision about what we wanted to list our property for. Once we were signed up it was a very easy process from having photos and a video created through to signs going up and the advertising campaign commenced. We joked with Wesley creating him a target for sale of 7 days, 8 days later our house had an offer put forward on it - great outcome allowing us to purchase the house we were wanting to move to. Wesley's communication around organizing open homes and feedback from them was outstanding. He was easy to contact when we had questions and quickly responsive to messages left on his phone. Wesley has been very helpful throughout the whole process, listing - sale - moving. We would highly recommend him to others wishing to sell.

Just what we were looking for
We had a vision of the house and lifestyle we wanted to buy and on coming across this property we contacted Wesley to arrange a viewing, which he did on the same day. Wesley prepared the offer and guided us through the offer process with a successful outcome. On making our offer we were then ready to list our home for sale which was also a quick and easy process. Wendy was amazing, excellent and outstanding from the moment we met!
We emigrated to Invercargill from South Africa at the end of 2025. We contacted Wendy to view a house which was ready under contract. She arranged the viewing for the next day and explained how we would be placed if we were to do a back-up offer. She listened very carefully to what we were looking for and advised she had a property that will list in the coming week. She arranged a viewing the very next day. We fell in love with the house, which was to be sold by auction. Being new to the country, Wendy explained the process and assisted as far as possible for us to be auction ready. She gave us useful tips on auction day, and this was what we needed to be successful. We are so grateful for Wendy's kind and caring skill and experience. We would recommend Wendy to anyone looking for property in Invercargill.
