Definitely knows her stuff
After 4 months stagnant with a different agent in a different company, I reached out to Melanie for advice. She came to me to discuss fully prepared. She had done her research and had 3 small suggestions, to ensure my home wasn't left dead in the water again. House went live on a Tuesday afternoon, 3 viewings on Wednesday, and 2 great offers presented Thursday. It has been less than 10 days since the listing hit the internet and the purchasers have gone unconditional. Zero stress, brilliant results. I will be using her for all my future sale and purchases, as well as letting anyone who'll listen that Mel is the best recommendation for realtor in Invercargill/Northern Southland.
