Good market knowledge
Carl was/is pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable for southerners wanting to sell. He has an excellent understanding of legal terms and conditions and helped me sort a couple of minor issues regarding the sale of my property. I would certainly recommend him and his lovely wife Sue. Very good in initial presentation
