Rachel was fantastic to deal throughout the process of downsizing and purchasing my new home. This is the second home of ours that Rob has sold for us, and again he was amazing to work with. Unlike all others in town, Rob actually cared about not just making sure we got the best price and conditions with the sale, but that the new home we bought was also the right one too (purchased via a different agent). Rob seemed to have endless contacts for us to use to help get our house market ready and also make sure our new house was perfect and not a lemon. His attention to detail, and ability to speak in layman's terms meant we never felt lost or lead astray.
