Alice was great to work with selling my home. It was a tough market at the time but Alice was able to get good numbers to view the property and get the offer needed. I would differently recommend Alice if you are selling or buying property.

Nick did everything by the book to sale the house in an unusual circumstance, but the service after sale was excellent which was very important to us. We would recommend Nick to anyone selling their home.

It has been a pleasure to have invited Alice to present her wonderful up to the minute appraisal of our home. We both loved working with Alice who fell into step with us immediately and with great passion, outstanding communication, fantastic planning and advice, making adjustments to meet the market and with Alice's experience co-ordinated a seamless process, working tirelessly to achieve a great result. Simply A Breath of Fresh air. Thank you Alice, selling our lovely home with you and your team has been very enjoyable. You come highly recommended from us to anyone wanting a truly professional experience.

Alice is a great agent. Our entire experience was smooth and positive, and we are very happy with both the process and the result. All the advice was accurate and that made the whole thing stress free. Alice came highly recommended, and we would second that to anyone selling a property. Four thumbs up!

Alice and her team were very professional and friendly at all times. Despite the market conditions at the time, and some open home days not attracting prospective purchasers, there was always the expectation that the home would ultimately be sold at the best price for the current situation. I appreciated all the work and effort that went into my sale and would highly recommend Alice to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Alice came to appraise the value of our property, and knowing we were looking for something larger for our growing family, she assisted with a private showing of a property she thought would be perfect (it was!). She then was able to work with us to put in an offer, subject to the sale of ours. Her friendly, positive, knowledge of the current market, and honest advice was super helpful and we knew we were in good hands! We then had an offer accepted and we then needed to sell ours quickly! She worked with us to plan the best sales approach and her communication and professionalism was great, and resulted in a really good turnout to open homes. She worked above and beyond to get the best result for us (and when things became quite stressful, she was able to articulate the options and work through best strategies), which meant we did end up achieving a sale, and were able to get into our dream home. Highly recommend Alice for future real estate advice and sales.

We were referred to Alice by our daughter who had just sold her cottage through Alice. She was so happy to get about $100,000 more than they expected. The market had cooled a little when we sold and we didn’t live in Dunedin so Alice organised all the respective tradespeople we needed and made many sound recommendations. Her marketing skills were excellent and we were always kept informed. Not many agents actually work so hard for their vendors but she really did. Not only that she really cared and was interested in us and our family. We would recommend Alice to everyone looking at selling. You truely couldn’t do better than her. She makes selling easy.

This was the 3rd time we have worked with Kees, once as a buyer and twice as a vendor, and we will do it again in the future. What I respect most about Kees is that he is a great listener, trying hard to understand the needs of the vendors and the buyers. He is open to be challenged and for new ideas. He has that perfect mix of being confident, humble and trustworthy, which is appreciated by everyone involved in a sale. He will get you the right price and the process will be enjoyable.

Alice was a delight to deal with in every way with respect to our purchase. She went out of her way to be helpful at every stage from our first enquiries about the property through to enabling the signed contract to go unconditional in a manner acceptable to all parties. While of course we understand an agent's role is primarily to represent the vendor, she consistently gave the impression of professionalism and fairness to the purchasers too, which was most impressive.

Buying and selling can be a stressfull process. I sold my home with Sharon and her calm approach, communication and overall knowledge and skills as an agent was nothing less than fabulous. I’ve already started recommending Sharon and cannot speak more highly! Thank you
