It can be a very emotional time when leaving a home filled with memories and finding a new home. Luckily, we had Anita helping us with sincere interest and thoughtful care. We were made to feel fully informed right from the start, through to signing up a contract. Everything was explained and the experience was great. We would not hesitate to recommend her and her team. Thanks very much from us all

Rob was not only knowledgeable about the property and area, he was helpful with general guidance around my first home buyer questions. Rob was respectful of my stance in the negotiations as the Buyer and his communication found the right balance of being responsive to my questions, and keeping me updated on where the buyers were at in their process. His assistant Kate was also a pleasure to deal with. It was all together an efficient, personable and stress free experience.

Anita’s experience and knowledge of the market was key in supporting us while we went through the process of selling our house just as Dunedin was massively hit by Covid and slowed visitors to the open homes. We highly recommend Anita.

We were extremely happy with how Kees handled the sale of our house. He is such a professional and communicates well - especially when covid things throw a spanner in the works. The process was very easy to follow as he provided great documentation on everything we could possibly need to know. He also provided great data insight into the marketing of our home and was happy to answer any questions we had. We will be using Kees again in the future if needed, and would happily recommend him to anyone selling (or buying).

Very professional in all aspects of the process from initial contact to signing the S&P agreement - Pam is thorough in her approach and walks the extra mile in order to present a ppty at its best . Excellent discussions on the best marketing approach to consider. Regular feedback and updates on progress. Not afraid to discus any issues or how she sees the market and what this means for your ppty. Would not hesitate to recommend Pam to any future sellers and have already recommended her to another seller. Thank you for a job well done.
