Pam and Abby were an absolute pleasure. Despite the rapidly evolving market I felt comfortable leaving the city and trusting them completely. They kept me updated regularly throughout the process, always suggesting different approaches and worked to get a result. Highly recommended!

Alice is very thorough and professional in her whole approach and makes you feel very at ease when explaining the sales process and options available. I was very happy with the marketing of my property, photography top notch! Plenty of coverage over the different social media platforms. Alice was in regular contact with us right throughout and even in a slow and very unpredictable market Alice and her team managed to get the numbers through the door and got us a result we are happy with. We would definitely use her again.

We were provided with lots of good advice and treated with respect and professionalism throughout the process. Good quick feedback following open homes etc. Alice was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond with arranging other parties needed to prepare the property for sale. I would certainly recommend her to anyone else needing a real estate agent. It was a pleasure to have Alice sell our property.

She is supportive, knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. We cannot recommend Sharon highly enough and urge you to consider her if you are buying or selling.

Hi just letting everyone know that Alice was very informative and has great local knowledge. Great job!!!! Alice had everything organised never had to chase up on what was going on with the buyers, she kept us very informed. We were very very happy with everything she did for us. From the first meeting with Alice she was obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and in our case in selling a home at the upper end of the market in terms of price, aware of the best methods of selling such a house. I think what impressed us in the first meeting was that Alice is a great listener. She took on board our particular needs and foibles and worked around them. This is not to say that she didn't offer sound alternatives to any of our ideas. Alice's attention to detail, her ability to keep in touch and respond to questions in a timely manner, are, we believe, second to none. Over the past 40 years we have dealt with more than 40 real estate agents. Alice stands head and shoulders above all in our experience. We would recommend her most highly as a highly experienced professional agent who makes the sale of a house a positive (almost fun) experience.
