My experience with Pam Timms at Bayleys in Dunedin was outstanding from start to finish. She was committed, hard working, friendly, positive and highly professional throughout. Two things set her apart. Firstly, she had incredible knowledge of the market and was able to suggest exactly how to market our home. The method of selling fast, marketing fast and having an early closing date was exactly right for us and we had sold our home within two weeks. Secondly, her communication with us throughout the process was excellent. Another impressive part of the experience for us was the advertising and marketing. There was much care and attention to detail that was shown in the taking of the photographs that showed our home at its best. The accompanying description was lively, engaging and put together with great skill and care. The effect was successful and we had upwards of thirty people through our first open home. We are grateful to Pam for her hard work and committment to us and selling our home. They organized a very skilled photographer / videographer, and prepared high quality marketing material to optimize advertising our home. We were sent reminders ahead of time of the open homes or private appointments so had plenty of time to prepare. They were very approachable and available to us, and responded to all our queries.
