This was a tough sale, but Pam and Abby hung in and got a very good result for us. Particularly grew to appreciate the advice around decluttering the house, and keeping it spic & span, as we have been put off many houses that we have potentially looked at for purchase due to poor presentation. At times Pam and Abby had to deal with a couple of cot cases (i.e. us) through the process, but managed to portray a confidence that the track we were on was the right one....and so it proved.
