We can’t think of any negative things at all. From the very beginning we felt you were professional, open, and very easy to deal with. You kept us informed on a regular basis...which was great...it’s such a stressful process, the ‘not knowing’ the outcome until that day the offers come in. But you were really good and giving us feedback regarding how people felt about the house. It was hard not having any idea what the offer values would be... we found that stressful...but we imagine people held that pretty close to their chest. You gave us great advice to not accept prior offers... hence the 7 offers presented...well done there.
