The stress for me of both buying a house and selling a house, each by deadline sale, was eased very considerably by my having Anita as the agent in both cases. Anita's management of the process was impeccable. Particular aspects of the sale process that I appreciated were her advice on the minor upgrade work that needed to be done to the house before it went on the market, the strict adherence to the marketing timeline, with all target dates being met, her organising and ensuring the lovely staging of the property, including arranging (at my last-minute request) a final surface cleaning before the first open home day, the excellent advertising and marketing of the property, and her regular communication with me over the whole process. She consistently went the extra mile and was a delight to work with. I rate her very highly as a real estate agent and am happy to recommend her to anyone looking to either sell or buy a house.
