Once we met Alice, we had no doubt we wanted her to sell our house. Alice was extremely transparent and was incredibly helpful as soon as she stepped foot in our door. Her professional yet comforting nature made us feel very much at ease with the entire process. We were blown away with the service offered by Alice as she went above and beyond what we expected from the experience and we always felt like our house was at the top of her priority. We highly recommend Alice to anyone wanting to sell a house - you won't be disappointed! We will definitely be using Alice if we are to sell again.

Could not recommend Kees more highly. I live in Australia and I owned a flat in South Dunedin. The flat that hadn’t been tenanted for a long while. I approached Kees, explained my situation (not being able to organise people to fix up the unit). His response was “no problems Paul, I’ve got some great contacts”. He put me in contact with fantastic trades, who all did Fantastic work that was well priced. Even to the point, where when everyone had done their part, Kees called me and said “I’ve purchased an extra curtain, I felt it needed it”. Could not recommend Kees more highly. Communication, knowledge, contacts etc all exceeded expectations. Would buy or sell through him again, he is an honest genuine guy. Thanks again Kees for a fantastic result.
