Alice had great knowledge of Agreement terms and presenting offers. She went the extra mile when it came to pre-settlement inspections, checking in on how I was feeling about my first house purchase, and following up post-settlement to see if there were any issues. Also had great connections for advice on building inspection and electrical work. Highly recommended.

Kees did a fantastic job selling the family home for us and is the second time I have used Kees for an executive property. Kees has been great from start to finish. At the start he helped us pick the right moment to sell and select the right marketing strategy to do so. Once we kicked off the marketing, he was great in helping potential buyers see the value the property and offer them plenty of opportunities for viewing, all with much respect to the tenants and keeping us informed around the progress. In the end he got us a number of offers that we discussed openly and managed to get us the sales price we were after. I couldn`t have wished for a better agent for the sale of this property.
