Kees has been great from start to finish. At the start he helped us pick the right moment to sell and select the right marketing strategy to do so. Once we kicked off the marketing, he was great in helping potential buyers see the value the property and offer them plenty of opportunities for viewing, all with much respect to the tenants and keeping us informed around the progress. In the end he got us a number of offers that we discussed openly and managed to get us the sales price we were after. I couldn`t have wished for a better agent for the sale of this property.

They made suggestions on how to present the property and it paid off because it looked so good I nearly didn't want to sell it. The timing was not great, as we only had one open home before Covid-19 Lockdown. However Rob & Marika were able to mitigate the situation and received offers whilst in the middle of lockdown. I highly recommend Rob and Marika. They have an excellent knowledge of the Real Estate market/industry and very Professional. They listened to what I was saying/wanting as well as giving their recommendations without being forceful.. They were also excellent with potential buyers. When is came to the Purchasers making an offer, Rob was able to get the Purchasers offer along with hand written conditions and signed before leaving the property. Unlike other agents that would have gone back to their offices to complete the offer on a computer and use stick on conditions. Being able to hand write an offer gives you that confidence you are dealing with an agent that knows how to complete a Sale & Purchase Agreement as well as understanding the conditions and working in your best interests to achieve a quick sale. (In my case a quick sale was required for me to Confirm/Purchase my next property). From there is was only a short time before everything was signed and a Happy Vendor, Happy Purchasers and Happy Salesperson. Thankyou Rob and Marika I have no hesitation in recommending you.
