Sharon was magnificent from the start. We bought a house from her and sold our house with her. With her help and excellent decision making we got way more for the house than we expected. She suggested an auction, she suggested we withdraw the possibility of early offers, both moves worked beautifully. So she's very astute, but she's also very personable. We have small kids and so weren't always to conduct meetings in a 'normal' environment. Sharon never showed any sign of frustration. She was always understanding, always calm. The big thing with Sharon is that she's an excellent listener. We made it clear early on what sort of people we were, and she absorbed this information and tailored her approach accordingly. We didn't want her to be pushy, so she wasn't pushy. We needed her to be patient, so she was patient. And always, always, with a genuine smile on her face. We writing to commend Sharon Hyndman on her very professional manner in which she contacted the sale of our home in Dunedin. Sharon sold us the house 3 ½ years ago and was very friendly and helpful during this purchase. We felt she was not pushy but gave us all the information we needed when we asked for it. The purchase went very smoothly and Sharon was in contact all the way through including checking we had the keys to get into the house. Sharon stayed in contact by sending Coffee vouchers and information on Real-estate in Dunedin. So when the time came for us to sell our house we went straight to Sharon. Sharon came around very promptly to see us and talk over our sale options and that she would come back with an appraisal for the sale. This was also done very quickly and we listed straight away using a Deadline sale. The marketing was done very strongly and we used a very good photographer that Sharon recommended. All of this paid off with the deadline time being moved forward by 2 weeks and having 4 offers on the table. After the offer had gone through Sharon kept working getting any information we needed for our lawyers. In all the dealings with Sharon we found her very professional and sincere with everything she did for us. We would highly recommend Sharon to anyone wanting to sell their house. We can’t think of any negative things at all. From the very beginning we felt you were professional, open, and very easy to deal with. You kept us informed on a regular basis...which was great...it’s such a stressful process, the ‘not knowing’ the outcome until that day the offers come in. But you were really good and giving us feedback regarding how people felt about the house. It was hard not having any idea what the offer values would be... we found that stressful...but we imagine people held that pretty close to their chest. You gave us great advice to not accept prior offers... hence the 7 offers presented...well done there.
