I highly recommend Rob and Marika. They have an excellent knowledge of the Real Estate market/industry and very Professional. They listened to what I was saying/wanting as well as giving their recommendations without being forceful.. They were also excellent with potential buyers. When is came to the Purchasers making an offer, Rob was able to get the Purchasers offer along with hand written conditions and signed before leaving the property. Unlike other agents that would have gone back to their offices to complete the offer on a computer and use stick on conditions. Being able to hand write an offer gives you that confidence you are dealing with an agent that knows how to complete a Sale & Purchase Agreement as well as understanding the conditions and working in your best interests to achieve a quick sale. (In my case a quick sale was required for me to Confirm/Purchase my next property).
