Rob is known as the go-to guy for St Clair real estate. That’s a big reputation but we really do feel like he lived up to our high expectations. He was clear, honest, professional, patient and, most importantly for us, delivered to the challenging time/budget demands we heaped on him. And there were some little touches (furniture items that he leant us for example) which made us feel like he was willing to go the extra mile to help us sell our home. We believe Rob’s local knowledge and obvious love for the area makes him the top pick if you’re selling a home in St Clair and want a painless selling experience. We interviewed three different real estate agents to help us to sell our late Mum's house in Dunedin. Kees was the only one that the family felt had empathy with our situation. He has a brilliant knowledge of Dunedin and the area we were selling in. Kees kept us fully informed of the process the whole way thru.
