Kees and his team were phenomenal every step of the way. There was great communication and fantastic innovative marketing. He was flexible and forward thinking, from the commission structure he applied to his personal touch video. The results speak for themselves. There is the result we were hoping for and then the result we were dreaming of, but above and beyond that, there was the final negotiated deal Kees brought to the table. I really don't enjoy paying commissions but in using Kees I actually feel we made a very sound investment. Apparently he was good at rugby too.

Oliver and I want to thank you both so much for your hard work on the preparation and sale of our property at 378 Taieri Road. Because Oliver and I had placed a conditional offer on another property, we had a tight deadline to work with upon the sale of Taieri Road. Anita navigated our stresses so well and supported us in the preparation and sale of our property. Anita was so kind as to offer advice on the styling of our property, and even let us borrow bedding and upholstery to dress it – which many complimented on. She also brought fresh flowers along for open homes and turned on the heat pump and kept the fire going when open homes were at times when we were both working. In addition, Anita's personable and communicative manner ensured we were never left guessing. She and Anna kept us informed of every move they made, reassuring us that no stone was left unturned. Due to the tight timeframe, we shifted our deadline to view offers after a week of our house being on the market.
