As we live in another city, I arranged with Sharon to view some houses on a brief visit to Wanaka. All communication with her was excellent and when I arrived, she had organised to see a number of houses fitting with the criteria we'd discussed - including the house we eventually bought. She provided really useful insight about each of the properties we viewed and others that had been sold recently. She also arranged a video viewing for a house that came to market just as we started our search but for which it was not possible to organise an onsite viewing during my visit. We didn't proceed with this property and the video viewing helped us make this decision. Once we'd settled into the offer and negotiating stage, Sharon was able to provide assistance and practical advice at odd hours to keep things moving and broker a successful deal.
