Matt answered an email I sent to him re a section. He rang me back 15 minutes later, then sent emailed all the information I adked for. I turned up on to look at the section on a public holiday. He was there to show me round. Matt was asked if he got an offer to let me know, which he did. So offer made and agreement accepted. Matt was very proffessional at all times, a delight to work with and in no way pushy. I would not hesitate to use him again.
