Jamie was really fantastic to work with, at first showing us a range of homes throughout the region to help us narrow down what we were looking for, and then continuing to keep in touch as we researched the market and began to better understand our non-negotiables and where we'd be more flexible. He had a great knowledge of the market and easy rapport and we never felt pressured to make a decision. He also actively sought out vendors which might suit our needs which meant we were able to be first to make an offer which was ultimately successful. We would highly recommend Jamie to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Wanaka area.

I never dealt with Sharon. Maybe one email? I'm not sure she exists? A meandering soul wandering the streets of Northlake, her face everywhere, but no where to be found. In all seriousness though, the team I did interact with were good. Jamie was excellent - patient and sympathetic, suggestive without being pushy and knowledgeable of the area. The 3 or 4 other 'Sharon but not Sharon' admin people we interacted with that used Sharon's pseudonym were all equally pleasant to deal with, helpful and friendly :D
