Good experience with Jaime agent on site. Very helpful. Some confusing messaging about whether an early or long settlement was the best option for the vendor. We understood that a long settlement would be favourable to our bid but it turned out they wanted an early settlement. The LIM issue (woodshed) was quite frustrating. Our lawyer was doing the job we paid them for but somehow the fact that an un-consented structure was on the property became our problem, and we were being difficult.
