My experience with Woodrow was disappointing. Throughout the process of buying my home, I felt that communication was very one-sided; at times it felt as though he would only reach out or reply when he needed something from me but was unresponsive when I had questions or needed guidance. Unfortunately, he did not come across as personable or genuinely invested in my best interests. I often felt lost and uninformed during what should have been a transparent process. Given the importance of such a life-changing transaction, I would not choose to work with him again. A stark difference to the other agent we worked with in the concurrent sale of our home.
