Scott sold our property in difficult recessionary times. He kept us regularly updated with a weekly report on “interest activity” on our property, giving detail of the enquirer and Bayleys follow up. He called us periodically with his current take on the market, his knowledge came from respected economic sources, he never talked up the market for our property, he was honest and positive and we would not hesitate to use him again.
