Hamish was great to deal with. He explained the selling process well which was very helpful as it is 20 years since we last sold a house and processes and expectations have changed a lot. He was friendly and thoughtful, specially when our Grand daughter made a floral display on the outside table which viewers commented on, Hamish left her a chocolate bar which was greatly appreciated. He was meticulous in keeping us informed throughout the whole selling process. Phoned us at the completion of each open home to give us feed back. His recommendation that we put a price on the property, rather than auction or deadline sale was the correct one. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hamish to anyone selling their house.
