We were referred to Nick from a Law Firm that had dealt with him & Cutlers previously. From the first meeting to discuss the house and selling strategy Nick and the Cutlers team provided good market insight and a professional approach to achieve the sale of the property. This was all documented in a simple to understand vendor contract. Nick was able to network with other people working on the property at the time to coordinate dates for inspections, open homes, photo record and timing for market advertising. Nick provided weekly updates of potential buyer stats and feedback while the property was on the market and welcomed vendor feedback. At all times during the negotiation phase for the sales agreement Nick was open and transparent with his communication and provided valuable advise helping the decision making process for the final offer that was fair and equitable to both parties. We would not hesitate to use Nick and the Cutlers team again for any real estate purchase or sale and would recommend them to any of our friends.
