Consistent communication
I chose Anna because from the first interaction she kept an open line of communication. She listened when I spoke, offered advice based on the market and on preparing the property. She showed genuine enthusiasm and engagement. Thoughout the sale she updated me regularly, explained what was happening and highlighted anything she thought I might not have considered. Im happy with the work she did and would consider her again in the future.
