We've just bought a new home through Anna. We found her to be polite, helpful, patient, immediately responsive to any queries, and very good at updating us as to how negotiations were proceeding. While her first responsibility of care was obviously to the vendors she also made us feel very looked after as the buyer, and helped smooth the buying process. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective clients.

We saw the focus and experience Anna has in her work as she worked all hours right up to the auction of our house to make sure there were buyers in the best position to bid, and we understood where we sat in that final stage. Throughout our whole time working with Anna her communication was clear and helpful, she brought energy in when we truly needed it, built excitement and ease when things felt overwhelming, and is someone we’d recommend to anyone entering the market!
