Highly recommend this realtor
We were impressed with Geraldine throughout the selling process. She was on the ball with getting things done quickly. She also gave us accurate feedback on what we could expect to sell for. We feel that she worked hard to sell our house for us.

Jason was a joy to work with. Living away from Dunedin I was concerned that we would miss something. Jason made regular contact and kept us up to date with progress and viewings. Successful sale
We chose Geraldine to sell our house because, of the agents we approached, she seemed to have the most professional approach to the marketing and sale of houses. Her record also stood out. At the end of the process she managed to obtain a price that was well above the quotable value of the property. I think this is a reflection of her abilty to negotiate a higher price than most agents would be able to. Although it took some time to sell the house, this was due more to the fact I wanted to get a high price so that we could buy a suitable property when shifting to Hamilton. I would have no hesitation to recommend Geraldine to any one wishing to sell their property.
