We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Jason throughout the whole process. He was easy to get in contact with, very approachable and very willing to help out in anyway possible. He is definitely an asset to LJ Hooker! We would highly recommend Jason to others.

We just purchased our first home in Dunedin with the assistance of this amazing professional. We had been on house hunt for almost a year and seen many properties . Though we were impressed with some of these properties, the particular agents were not proactive in giving us further information but we were impressed with Jason’s professionalism and efficiency. We were enthralled with the service we received from Jason. Just after we viewed the house, he made us feel completely comfortable by giving us regular updates during the whole process which took the weight out of a stressful process. Jason was always approachable and easy-going. He always said that he liked to talk to customers rather than text messages which we were really impressed with. He provided us a smooth ride buying this property. We would whole heartedly recommend Jason and the service that he delivers. He is also our neighbour now and we look forward to use his services again some day.

We've used Jason at L J Hookers a number of times now to sell new homes. Jason has always delivered accurate sound advice and is totalled aligned with the current market trends. His skills as an Auctioneer are terrific and we are sure this directly resulted in us obtaining a higher sale price. With out a doubt, we intend to continue to use Jason as our 'go to' person for Real Estate sales. Paul B

I was impressed with Jason's work in the sale of my property in Dunedin. At no time did I feel any pressure to take a particular course and Jason canvassed the options - and reviewed them from time to time as the campaign went on - well with me. I was particularly impressed with his interpersonal approach which was neither pushy nor pressured. The result far exceeded my expectations.

We found Geraldine and Peter to be excellent in their market exposure and communication with in excess of 50 groups through the property in just over 3 weeks! Property didn't quite meet our price expectations but that was down to the market!! Thanks again Geraldine and Peter

We were greatly impressed by Geraldine's tact, diplomacy, and integrity. It's clear that she is a particularly hardworking agent and she is undoubtedly the best realtor we've dealt with during a protracted period of house-hunting. We would definitely recommend Geraldine, who has a good and realistic understanding of the market, while at the same time showing great patience.

Not knowing the New Zealand Real Estate market, as a Vendor, I found Jason certainly knew the real estate market and its trends, and through his professionalism guided me throughout the sale of my property. He constantly kept in contact with me about the progress of persons interested in the property, and advised of the best outcome, of which I am extremely grateful. I am indebted to Jason for his honesty, competence and guidance.
