I wouldn’t call myself a tyre kicker as a buyer in the real estate market, I am just another potential buyer like many who is continually amazed at the prices being achieved by vendors. Through the years of on and off looking I have meet Geraldine and Peter many times at open homes and on occasion interacted with them at a more in depth level when taking a potential purchase to the next stage of registering interest and preparing to put an offer on the table. Over those years their daughter Amelia has joined the team at LJ Hooker. That wonder became crystal clear when I supported my dad in the successful sale of his property recently. As the saying goes ‘when the going gets tuff the tuff get going’ and when the sale of my dad’s property started to become challenging due to vendor (my dad) originated complications you get to see the colossal effort, experience and integrity that Geraldine and Peter bring to the process. You get to see how the different pieces of the puzzle that is the ‘Hermens’ team fit together and operate seamlessly to achieve an outcome from marketing, market analysis feedback, DCC and solicitor interaction, Auction day involving the wider LJ Hooker Team and finally through to settlement and key handover. Pieces of the puzzle that I did not understand over those years of being a potential buyer but now after being part of the sale process fully comprehend and appreciate.
