We used Trista Townsend to sell a little 2-bedroom unit for us. Trista was extremely helpful right from the start and gave us good advice about the method of selling and how to get the unit sale-ready. She even added some of her own items to help dress the unit which we thought was a really lovely thing to do for us. Trista was also realistic in her assessment of the unit and the price-range she thought it was in. We initially thought she had estimated it a bit too high, but she was absolutely spot on. The unit ended up being on the market for less than 2 weeks, and during this time Trista kept us fully up to date in regard to the number of people who came through and who showed an interest. When she presented us with an offer prior to the scheduled auction she advised us on the options we had available to us. We can highly recommend Trista to anyone wanting to sell property, she is extremely efficient and professional, with a great personality and sense of humour. Trista was a pleasure to deal with. She had clearly made the effort to know the vendors and the house, and also made the effort to get to know us. Her communication style was warm and engaging and we felt really looked after during the home-buying process.
