While Richard is a long time experienced salesman, he is relatively new into real estate and yes sales skills are of great benefit in the whole process of course, Richards integrity for both us and for potential purchasers was the main thing that we wanted in an agent and we received that in Richard. We have dealt with many rogue agents when looking at or purchasing property (and thus we now refuse to even look at houses through a couple of the main agencies in Dunedin). We knew that Richard while working for us, was ethical in his approach with potential purchasers not opting for the hard sell, bullshit, and quick sales that can leave everyone dissatisfied that still so many agents demonstrate. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone selling or buying.... he understands people, their motivation/drivers and he acts with a high moral compass and that is what we would all prefer in an agent I think. Richard kept us appraised the whole time and had an appropriate sense of humour to keep us sane.
