Excellent Experience ~ Would Highly Recommend!
Trista was incredible throughout the marketing and sale of my house. She has a very professional, honest and personable approach and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, offering support, advice and answering any questions I had. Pam made it all easy
Pam made the whole process of selling my home easy from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the area and sales, came initially well prepared, with personally tailored information, good advice and experience that was immensely helpful, and communicated well throughout. Every bit as important was her personable approach - genuine warmth, care, support and understanding in what can be an emotional process as well as a stressful financial undertaking. Yet once again you, Geraldine have aced the sale of the property I placed with you for sale.
It is a umber of years since I engaged Geraldine Hermens and Hookers to sell a property for me. The recent sale of 53 Island Terrace facilitated by Geraldine was outstanding. From our first meeting at the property until after the very successful auction I felt listened to and supported. Geraldine helped with a number of things that at the time were weighing heavily upon me. She gave good advice re preparing the house for sale and put me in touch with a firm who were able to sort, deliver and clean the house to an impeccable standard. She also helped with getting a vehicle to central Dunedin and making the sale of the vehicle happen. I felt greatly relieved after our first meeting. I am impressed with the high level of clear communication especially in the weeks and days leading up to the sale of the property. The outcome of the auction was very pleasing as well. I did appreciate being live-streamed into the auction as well!! So, ten gold stars at least. There are one or two things we need to do prior to possession date. Pam the Personable Professional
Pam has been faithfully sending emails with property links to me for well over a year as we live on two separate islands.
