I had an instant trust and confidence in you and thank goodness it was you that walk my journey with me for what a walk it has been! Life throws some curve balls and for me those curve balls have been coming hard and fast but you have been there every step of the way instinctively knowing when I needed advice and/or needed space. I first contacted Leonie before Christmas 2021 and we discussed putting my property on the market ( I also had another company come and have a look) In early January 2022 I decided to list my property, leonie came over and we discussed the normal, what was realy good, was the fact that Leonie had decided to market the property in a different manner than we discussed before Christmas as she was finding it a less sucsefull method, so she is adaptable! Before listing she made sure we had good quality photos and video ( yes we did have to wait for a fine day!) Once listed on trade me it was only a matter of days before we had an deal which went unconditional about a week later. Great result and great communication . Yes I would recommend and use again .
