Csilla from the moment I called her was a ray of sunshine, so friendly professional and gentle genuine person. I felt instantly at ease and knew she was the one for me. She guided me through the process nothing was too hard she took on so much and more, being located in Auckland and selling on behalf of a sick family member she was so empathetic made me feel empowered listened to and not so helpless. I cannot recommend her enough having to sell a family house that has been in your family for years due to necessity not want is hard enough but I don’t think I could have got through this emotional end of an era without her. Leonie is one out of the box. You are dealing here with a professional who knows how to sell houses! The responsiveness, the knowledge, the speed with which Leonie communicated and acted was just fantastic. You won't get better. We had a VERY tricky sale with all sorts of complications and Leonie navigated that with us and the vendors to ensure a fantastic outcome. We did have another agent who got us a sale that didn't go through, Leonie achieved a price 160K higher than the price the previous agent got and 250K higher than the price quoted by other agents to sell the property. It was sold in six weeks which is phenomenal given some of the challenges. I can't recommend Leonie highly enough, she is an incredibly good real estate agent who really knows her stuff and I would be happy to provide a reference to anyone thinking of using Leonie.
