Csilla from the moment I called her was a ray of sunshine, so friendly professional and gentle genuine person. I felt instantly at ease and knew she was the one for me. She guided me through the process nothing was too hard she took on so much and more, being located in Auckland and selling on behalf of a sick family member she was so empathetic made me feel empowered listened to and not so helpless. I cannot recommend her enough having to sell a family house that has been in your family for years due to necessity not want is hard enough but I don’t think I could have got through this emotional end of an era without her. Her energy and vibe is amazing and having to do everything over the phone and email could have been tricky but she made every step easy and communication is key and she is great at it. Honestly I can say she is the friendliest and nicest agent I have ever met. She is not only professional but a working mother like myself so gets that time is precious and so hardworking. I cannot say enough good things about her. For me it’s about connection, communication, loyalty and understanding it’s an emotional roller coaster and she made riding it less scary and is the friend and agent I never knew I needed till I called her and clicked instantly. I never felt pressured or not in control and she is a great ear, amazing photographer. She has such a great vibe and so helpful, honest and someone I trust with my family’s home and wish I had found her sooner.
