If you ever thought a real estate agents job is easy, think again. It was truly enlightening to see just how hard Renata worked between parties to realise a successful outcome for both. This negotiation was protracted and I obtained a new appreciation for the time agents can put into the whole process with no guarantee of an outcome. As the purchasers having reach an agreement, Renata continued to provide invaluable assistance in helping obtain a rental appraisal which was crucial in obtaining finance.
