Right from the beginning Leonie has been polite, cheerful, courteous, helpful, honest and kept us informed and updated through the stressful even of selling. Just before the first lockdown my mother suffered a fall breaking her hip and as a result moved in with us permanently and resulting in the decision to sell her much loved home. Negotiating the commission payable was instigated by her which was a pleasant surprise. The fact she front footed that issue certainly gave her a shoe in, securing the listing. It showed integrity that I have not experienced with other Real Estate Agents.
