I believe Michelle to be a true professional in real estate marketing and sales. My house was sold as follows: First and only open home was Sunday 9th June. Offer made on Tuesday 11th June. Unconditional 13th June. Completion 27th June. I will never know if it would have realised a higher price, but in the current market believe it to have been a reasonable offer, also having the worry taken out of whether someone is actually going to buy and in such a fast timeframe was a deciding factor.
