Was very good with his initial appraisal. Gave very good advice as to where our property sat in the market. Kept us updated after open homes. Would have no hesitation in recommending Glynn and would use his services again should the need arise to either sell or purchase.

My son, who lives off-shore wanted to sell a rental property close to Waimea College. I have PoA to act on his behalf in NZ. The rental manager recommended Glyn as the agent and he clearly had a very good knowlegde of the market in this area. He was able to get an offer within the first 10 days which was at the lower end of the suggested bracket mainly due to the fact that the property had a shared driveway. I was a bit frustrated at the lack of communication but the end result was at a level which was acceptable. Also the deposit seems to be a bit slow getting to the lawyer.

Glyn was amazing, patient, considerate and understanding of our personal health issue and applied no pressure getting our property on the market. Once on, his knowledge and skills returned an exceptional result. His feedback prior, during and after the sale has been outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending Glyn as an approachable, friendly and totally professional agent who gives 100%.

We are very pleased with Glyn in procuring the sale of our house at the price we were happy with. He was very pleasant and approachable if we needed to know anything but without being pushy. Marjorie and Bill have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring his services.

Michelle is an excellent real estate agent with attentive positive communication throughout the sales process. I was completely satisfied with Michelle's communication every step of the way from comprehensive appraisal, choosing photos for listing, co-ordinating other Summit agents to show my property throughout the week, after open for inspections, presentation of multi-offers, under contract, supporting settlement process, and post settlement. The key to Michelle's success is that she cares about your experience and aims to keep you informed along the way so your house has the best chance to sell. I have sold homes before, and this is the most professional and positive experience I have had from beginning to end. From signing the contract, my property was sold after 2 open homes with 6 multi-offers within 3 weeks and settled 2 weeks later. The process was fun and easy with Michelle at the helm, and I was also pleased to experience the whole weight of the team at Summit working together so collaboratively. I would work with Michelle and her team again for sure. Thank you all.

When the first experience is positive, you come back for more. Thanks Glyn for pulling through the sale needed for our next investment, we'll see you again soon.

The number of people through our home is obvious that the marketing strategy that Glyn has is the reason we accepted an offer after the second open home. It's true that his never ending smile sells homes. See ya on the next one Glyn.
