Glyn marketed two properties from my mothers estate right when sales were slowing up. It took some time but Glyn and Callum kept on the case until both properties were sold. Thanks for your effort Glyn. Tougher times in your industry now but very happy with the results!

From initial contact with Glyn, we were looking for a rental and Glyn found us a good option on the same day. Resulted in a satisfied purchase, no hassles, an easy process beginning to end.

Glyn certainly had done his homework on the property so no question big or small was unanswered , Awesome personality totally recommend Glyn to all
Glyn Delany
We have viewed many properties via Glyn and love his relaxed, non-pushy style. He knows the game, is knowledgeable, practical and follows up on promises. As a selling agent his advice was on point, and in a declining market we had multiple offers within a few weeks. The open homes, communications, admin and paperwork were a breeze for us due to the efficient Team Glyn. Highly recommended.

Was a long slow stressful time for us caught in the down turn in the market. Glyn and Callum were knowledgeable and always professional with regular communication. We got the long awaited sale in the end.

Glyn and his team did an awesome job selling our home. Helped organise the staging right through to being their to unlock the door for the builders report. Easy and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Would 100% use again in the future and would recommend to anyone selling their home in the Nelson region.
