The sale had multi offers, and more than one sales agreement, which went through the process of offer and agreement. We were always kept well informed by text, email, messages and often phone calls. She managed all of this. We were very happy with the process, even when a purchaser caused an unforseen situation, Michelle handled this with surety and experience. We were in good hands. Michelle clearly knows her field. When the first house fell through Michelle was able to provide us with another option which turned out to be a better one anyway. As overseas buyers we found her prompt with her email responses and with Zoom calls. It is not easy buying property unseen but Michelle made the process relatively seamless. She was accommodating when we sent others along to viewings in our place. Can recommend.
