Glenn was very professional throughout our experience and through his market knowledge helped us eventually understand and agree on a more realistic market price which brought about the eventual sale of my father's home. An example of this was when we set the original price at the maximum of the suggested market value. Even though I feel, Glenn knew with today's market it would be hard to sell at that price he listened to our reasoning, supported our choice and persevered until we realized for ourselves that our original asking price wasn't realistic.
