Once again we had the absolute pleasure to work with Lauren, this time as a seller of our beautiful home. After making the decision to move south to be closer to family it was a no brainer as to who we wanted to market our property. Lauren did not disappoint with two prospective buyers being shown through before the ink had even dried on our listing agreement. As it happened there was a bit of a wait and then we were surprised one evening by a message from Lauren advising there were two offers for us to consider. We signed up and the place is sold. My experience with Karina has been nothing but positive. When time was against us she drew on her local knowledge, remained positive and continued to focus on attaining the best possible outcome for me. She even went as far as ensuring weeds were pulled, lawns mowed & wiping down surfaces in my absence.
